Are you an experienced benefits professional looking to influence and enhance employee wellbeing across a diverse EMEA population? I am seeking a skilled Benefits Lead on behalf of my client within the fintech sector for a 12 month fixed term contract to take ownership of the region's benefits strategy, operations, and continuous improvement.

As the Benefits Lead for EMEA, you will manage a broad portfolio of employee benefit programmes including health, welfare and life plans, defined contribution and defined benefit pensions, and wellness initiatives. You will work closely with HR, brokers, and cross-functional teams to ensure benefits are competitive, compliant, accessible, and well-communicated. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for annual cycles, financial stewardship, vendor management, and ongoing programme enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual EMEA benefits enrolment process, including system set-up, communications, vendor preparation and relationship management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders such as HR Operations, HRIS, Legal, Communications and CSR.
  • Collect, analyse, and summarise employee benefits data to provide insights and management reporting.
  • Manage the regional benefits budget and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Partner with external consultants and brokers to design, evaluate, price and implement benefits programmes.
  • Produce reporting and cost projections to support recommendations and ensure effective governance.
  • Lead annual renewal activities, ensuring robust evaluation of costs, plan design, data needs and communication strategies.
  • Develop and deliver clear communication and training materials for new and existing programmes.
  • Act as the escalation point for benefits-related queries and support leaders in resolving issues.
  • Stay current with benefits legislation and market trends across EMEA; analyse implications and advise on required actions.
  • Support ad-hoc benefits or budget-related projects as needed.
About You
