We are looking for a strategic and highly capable professional to join an Execution & Relationship Management team for a banking client, based in Belfast, partnering closely with the global talent management and engagement function. These teams focus on driving organisational capability and employee experience.
As a specialist, you will play a crucial part in delivering and enhancing large-scale programmes across global regions, businesses and product lines. This will include driving talent strategies across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and coordinate a wide range of administrative and operational activities tied to global talent initiatives.
- Work with HR and business leaders to pinpoint talent gaps, succession needs, and engagement opportunities that strengthen performance and culture.
- Support workforce capability planning and talent pipeline development aligned with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of mentoring programs, including communications, participant eligibility reviews, matching processes, and ongoing support.
- Manage cohort-based initiatives, overseeing timelines, launch events, senior speaker participation, and both virtual and in-person engagement sessions.
- Organise graduation ceremonies, feedback touchpoints, and program evaluations; review data and prepare insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR-related functions.
- Excellent project management experience and strong stakeholder management.
- Experience working within large matrix financial services businesses.
- Excellent data analytical skills.
- Strong programme management experience.
- Qualifications in HR.
