Job Description
Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager – EU Commodity REMIT
We're partnering with a leading global bank to support the delivery of a major EU regulatory programme under the REMIT (Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency) framework.
The initiative aims to simplify and expand EU reporting requirements for wholesale energy markets. As a Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager, you'll play a key role in defining requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful regulatory implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and documentation for updated REMIT reporting standards.

Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to align on delivery milestones.

Drive business process design, testing, and implementation.

Provide oversight across project governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of EU REMIT regulation and wholesale energy markets.

Proven experience delivering regulatory change programmes within financial services or commodities.

Solid BA/PM capabilities, ideally with end-to-end project ownership.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: 10+ years of experience in regulatory transformation or commodities-focused initiatives.
