Our client, based in Canary Wharf, is now actively hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to join one of their teams.
You will provide support to seniors and a wider team within the group.
This role will be working in a busy area of the bank and requires excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
You should be an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant for this role.
You should possess experience in large matrix banking/financial services companies and have experience supporting multiple executives and teams.
Duties
Arrange busy and complex diaries.
Arrangement of all conference calls.
Prepare and review all materials for meetings.
Arrangement of global travel.
Processes of expenses.
Skills/Experience
Experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant in a large matrix banking/financial organisations
Excellent diary management skills.
Experience working and supporting larger teams as a team assistant
