We're supporting a well-known, fast-paced organisation in their search for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Talent team on a 6-month contract. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting a busy recruitment function across around 50 live requisitions, spanning technology and business support roles. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and key stakeholders, you'll help manage the full recruitment process, ensuring candidates move smoothly through the ATS and receive a positive experience throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating interviews, diaries, video calls and assessment logistics
- Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS
- Supporting shortlisting, screening, offers and candidate communications
- Ensuring candidates, interviewers and stakeholders have the information they need at every stage
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment coordination or Talent Acquisition support experience, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Based in Victoria three days per week, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team.
