We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and deliver professional procurement, commercial and contract management support across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering compliant, value-driven procurement activity while supporting strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement exercises using Framework Agreements and Find a Tender where appropriate.
- Lead tender processes, including preparing tender documentation, evaluation criteria and supplier communications.
- Manage procurement and contract activity throughout the contract lifecycle, including contract changes and terminations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR15), the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and Managing Public Money principles.
- Maintain procurement records and contracts database, producing accurate management information and reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and procurement efficiencies.
- Support the Head of Procurement.
