Legal Counsel | Banking as a Service (BaaS) ?? London (Hybrid) | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract We're partnering with an innovative financial services business to appoint a Legal Counsel to support the continued growth of its Banking as a Service (BaaS) and embedded finance propositions. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working closely with product, commercial, and technology teams to bring new propositions to market. You'll play a key role in advising on strategic partnerships, product development, and the legal and regulatory frameworks that underpin BaaS solutions. What You'll Be Doing Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice across a range of BaaS and embedded finance initiatives. Supporting the design, development, and launch of innovative financial services products. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial and partnership agreements. Advising stakeholders on legal and regulatory risks while enabling business growth and innovation.
