We're seeking a forward-thinking Head of People Partnering and Advisory within the education sector to lead the transformation of our advisory approach - moving from reactive casework to a proactive, insight-led HR partnering model that drives organisational performance.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead and develop a team of Strategic People Partners, embed workforce planning into leadership routines, and create the conditions for a more engaged, capable and stable workforce across the Trust.
