I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Subject Matter Expert, Workday. This is a highly visible role, acting as the bridge between HR, IT, and international stakeholders, with a focus on driving system optimisation, data integrity, and process efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as SME for Workday and Oracle
- First point of contact for HR systems queries
- Reviewing and improving HR system processes
- Managing system integrations (e.g. ADP, SailPoint, Oracle)
- Leading HRIS enhancements, projects, and testing
- Building automated reporting and dashboards
- Ensuring data accuracy across HR systems
