About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology & Operations Executive Recruiter at Vice President level to deliver world-class executive hiring services for senior leadership roles. Acting as a trusted advisor to Technology and Operations leadership, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Director and Managing Director level appointments, providing a premium, consultative recruitment experience to both stakeholders and candidates. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will leverage deep market knowledge, direct sourcing expertise and strategic talent pipelining to secure top-tier executive talent across technology and operations functions.
