We are working with a well-established professional services firm in the City who are looking to appoint a Facilities Officer to join their workplace operations team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some existing facilities or workplace experience who is looking to develop further within a fast-paced, professional environment with genuine room for progression.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office environment, ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and operating smoothly across multiple floors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Daily walkthroughs of the building, including multiple floors
- Managing ticketing system and requests
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Understand Health and Safety and conducting checks
- Maintenance checks and reporting issues
