We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join a high-performing team within a leading global financial services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide end-to-end company secretarial support across a diverse portfolio of UK and EMEA entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Company Secretary for a portfolio of regulated and unregulated entities and board committees
- Serve as a key contact for Chairs and non-executive directors
- Prepare annual board calendars, meeting agendas, and board packs
- Attend meetings and produce high-quality minutes to listed company standards
- Advise directors on governance, duties, and best practice
- Support board effectiveness reviews and governance reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings and compliance
- Assist with legal entity restructurings, refinancings, and dissolutions
- Collaborate with international teams on governance and administrative matters
- Contribute to strategic governance projects and process improvements
