We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Issue Management Specialist to join a dynamic team in Warwickshire. This senior engineering role focuses on overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems, ensuring smooth operational processes and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and drive resolution of integration issues, ensuring adherence to processes and transparent reporting.
- Utilize issue management tools effectively to track and resolve defects across multiple systems.
- Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor issue resolution and progress.
- Prepare and present detailed metrics, dashboards, and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate issue review meetings, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up on actions.
- Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Expertise in creating and interpreting performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Experience in software integration, with an understanding of system dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading discussions on complex issues.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on process discipline and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience working within structured project governance frameworks (e.g., PMO).
Degree level education or equivalent relevant experience.
