A leading Financial Services organisation is undertaking a large-scale Salesforce implementation as part of a wider transformation programme. They are expanding their change and delivery capability and are now looking to bring in an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in this programme.
As a Business Analyst, you will be heavily involved in a major Salesforce implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in complex environments, is confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and has experience supporting large system implementations, ideally Salesforce-based.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering activities across business and technology teams
- Facilitate workshops to elicit, define, and validate business requirements
- Produce clear and structured documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
- Work day-to-day with Jira to manage requirements and delivery artefacts
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Deliver clear, concise presentations to a range of technical and non-technical audiences
- Support the end-to-end delivery of a large Salesforce implementation programme
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst
- Strong background in requirements gathering and analysis
- Hands-on experience using Jira
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience working on Salesforce implementations
- Understanding of API integrations and system-to-system data flows
Hybrid working: Two days per week in the office (Midlands), remaining time remote.
Package£45,000 - £60,000 base salary (depending on experience). Permanent role. Opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation programme within Financial Services.
