Seeking high performing talent in the HR Business Partnering space! My client is looking to build a world-class People Partnering team and is seeking to appoint highly commercial, strategic and innovative HR Business Partners to join their organisation who are high impact and can be future leaders.
Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives. You will enable a highly engaged and diverse culture and deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent management, succession, development and leadership. They are committed to creating a consciously inclusive workplace and this role will be integral in achieving this so a passion and drive for diversity, equity and inclusion is key.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner in a complex matrix and regulated environment.
As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:
- Experience of working as an HR Business Partner in a complex matrix organisation
- Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly
- Passion and drive for building a diverse and inclusive environment
- Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partner with a strong data driven approach
- Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a complex environment with proven capability of embedding successfully
- Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
- High level influencing and communication skills
