A leading provider of financial services is seeking a solid and capable Head of IAM and Operations to support this major UK-based service provider.
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, or London. 2 days in the office each week.
The role:
- Own the IAM strategy and its implementation, supporting the Chief Security Office (CSO) and the wider Group.
- Lead improvements in IAM processes using new methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Shape the direction for cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
- Promote secure customer outcomes and ensure work efforts align with these goals.
- Manage IAM operations supported by multiple teams, delivering secure operational changes and ensuring initiative success.
- Apply experience in cultural change initiatives, understanding barriers and the importance of leadership consensus.
- Be future-focused, articulate a customer-centric end state aligned with Group Strategy, and inspire through integrity and collaboration.
