Join a highly reputable organisation within the financial services sector as a Global Payroll and Benefits Manager. This pivotal role oversees day-to-day payroll operations and benefits administration across multiple regions including the UK, East Asia, and Europe; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and validate global payroll processes, including verification, processing, and payment.
  • Oversee tax year-end and start-of-year activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC and IRS regulations.
  • Continuously review and enhance payroll systems, embedding improvements and conducting relevant testing.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, fit-for-purpose payroll and benefits service.

Core Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally within the UK; US payroll experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HR processes.
  • Payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in payroll and HR technology tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Location: Canary Wharf/Home hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).
