Our client is a leading Retail brand based in Manchester. They are actively hiring an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team for 6 months starting immediately! This role is critical to the business and will deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and working on complex issues.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent ER case management skills, including handling high-complexity cases and large volumes, ideally within shared services.
Core Duties:- Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies.
- Provide end-to-end case management support, including high complex risk cases.
- Undertake stakeholder management activity, developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Work closely with ER & Legal.
- Provide support to business projects on consultation, TUPE etc.
- Deliver continuous improvement plans, and supporting ways of working and team effectiveness.
- Experience managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume.
- Experience working in shared services.
- Ability to work at pace.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build excellent relationships.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.
- Ability to make informed decisions in a positive way.
