The Role
Responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services critical to operational success. Support both Indirect and Direct procurement activities across a complex manufacturing environment. Operate as a Specialist-level professional (P3), applying advanced procurement knowledge and experience.
Key Procurement Categories
- Indirect Operations, including:
- Office supplies, IT equipment, travel, facilities and maintenance
- Machine parts and operational services
- Raw materials and services supporting manufacturing and production
- Products and components for operational and retail use
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end procurement activities, including:
- Product and service sourcing
- Supplier selection and onboarding
- Pricing and commercial terms negotiation
- Order processing and contract administration
- Supplier performance and relationship management
Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial awareness with proven negotiation capability
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, operational or manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder relationships
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, proactive and results-focused approach
