Experienced Pensions & Benefits Specialist to take ownership of our UK pensions provision and manage a broad suite of employee benefits across our international footprint. This is a hands-on role where you will partner closely with HR, Payroll, vendors, and senior stakeholders - shaping the way we support our people across the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Pensions: Manage UK DC pensions and support international retirement schemes.
- Ensure full compliance with UK pension legislation.
- Oversee outsourced administration (ISIO), SLAs, invoicing and cost monitoring.
- Lead statutory reporting: HMRC, The Pensions Regulator, Chair's Statement, SIP.
- Handle complex member queries and manage the pension mailbox.
- Drive BAU cycles - benefit statements, returns, communications.
- Manage Auto-Enrolment compliance end-to-end.
- Support external audits and annual reporting.
- Develop engaging pension communications.
- Benefits: Manage UK benefits including medical, life assurance, wellbeing and more.
- Coordinate joiner/leaver changes, underwriting, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Partner with HR, Payroll and HRIS to streamline benefits operations.
- Produce clear, engaging internal communications.
- Maintain global benefits documentation.
- Support benefit renewals for Singapore, US and Dubai.
- Contribute to global benefits design, tenders and process improvements.
