About the Opportunity

Working in a growing change function, and for a business that values business change as a discipline separate to project management, you will have the opportunity to engage across the end to end change lifecycle, from speaking to senior stakeholders to creating and delivering change impact assessments and ultimately implementing training solutions.

You will work as part of the wider team on evolving and maturing the organisations approach to change, ensuring that it meets the needs of both the commercial operation and the people in the business.

Through partnering closely with the business you will develop a strong understanding of existing and new business processes, using that understanding to inform your approach to the portfolio of projects you will own.

About You

You will bring a track record of acting within a Business Change or User Adoption role, either as an Analyst, Manager or Lead. You\’ll be passionate about the end to end change process and have experience of working within a dedicated business change position, rather than a hybrid business change/project management position.

Calling on a wide range of process and tooling experience, you know what approach to use for the situation, balancing the need to work in a structured way without compromising on pace of delivery.

Your change experience will have been predominantly in the private sector, ideally from more than on industry vertical, giving you experience of working a variety of stakeholders. Industry qualifications will be beneficial here, specifically Prosci, but what is more important is your ability to apply them in a manner appropriate to the needs of the business. Time spent in a consulting environment is preferred, but not essential.
