We are looking for a strategic and highly capable professional to join an Execution & Relationship Management team, for a banking client, based in Belfast, partnering closely with the global talent management and engagement function. These teams focus on driving organisational capability and employee experience. As a specialist in this role, you will play a crucial part in the business in delivering and enhancing large-scale programmes across global regions, businesses and product lines. This will include driving talent strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate a wide range of administrative and operational activities tied to global talent initiatives.
  • Work with HR and business leaders to pinpoint talent gaps, succession needs, and engagement opportunities that strengthen performance and culture.
  • Support workforce capability planning and talent pipeline development aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of mentoring programs, including communications, participant eligibility reviews, matching processes, and ongoing support.
  • Manage cohort-based initiatives, overseeing timelines, launch events, senior speaker participation, and both virtual and in-person engagement sessions.
  • Organise graduation ceremonies, feedback touchpoints, and program evaluations; review data and prepare insights for senior stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR related functions.
  • Excellent project management experience and strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience working within large matrix financial services businesses.
  • Excellent data analytical skills.
  • Strong programme management experience.
  • Qualifications in HR.
