BA/PM – Strategic Transformation (Futures & OTC Clearing)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Contract: 10 months (with potential extension)
Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong delivery expertise across complex, high-impact change initiatives in global financial services environments? We\’re working with an Investment Bank undergoing a major strategic re-engineering of their Futures & OTC Clearing platforms, and they\’re looking to onboard a delivery-focused Project Manager to help drive the transformation forward.
This is a high-visibility role where you\’ll collaborate with global Operations, Technology, Business, and Compliance teams, as well as senior stakeholders across the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery within the Futures, Derivatives, and Clearing (FDC) Operations environment
- Define project scope and develop key artefacts: business requirements, project plans, charters, risk/issue logs
- Track and manage delivery milestones across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Provide high-quality updates, presentations, and project artefacts to global program leads and senior stakeholders
- Champion change and process improvement initiatives across the function
Experience Reuired:
- Strong BA/PM experience in a global banking or capital markets environment.
- Solid understanding of derivatives operations (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of regulatory reporting and trade lifecycle processes.
- End to end project management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word (Access a plus).
- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage risk, solve problems, and influence senior stakeholders.
