We are looking for a customer-focused Director of Asset Management to help deliver our vision as a successful, thriving, and sustainable association providing excellent homes and services to our tenants and making a positive difference in our communities. Linstone Housing Association owns and manages just under 1,600 homes and provides factoring and estate management services to over 2,000 owners in Renfrewshire. Our homes are mainly family housing and we have 3 sheltered housing schemes. The Director of Asset Management is responsible for the strategic planning and investment in our homes, and contributing to the sustainability of Linstone. With strong leadership skills, you will lead and manage the teams and provide support across the Association, as well as to the Board. You will lead on the asset management strategy, shaping the future of investment in our homes and communities, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality operational delivery. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of our business planning and strategic plan. This is a key strategic role, and we are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader to join us in motivating and inspiring our people. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer services and ensuring good value and will develop approaches to help us deliver this.
