Impact the Moment as a Digital Content Editor, you will play a key role in driving the growth of global digital products across regions including EMEA, APAC, and India. By supporting content development, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams, you will directly contribute to delivering high-quality digital learning solutions to a global audience. Your work will help ensure that content reaches learners efficiently and effectively, enabling impactful educational experiences worldwide.
This role focuses on supporting global digital product operations by managing content workflows, assisting in product development initiatives, and coordinating across regional publishing teams. Reporting to the Sr. Associate Publisher of Global Product, you will work closely with editorial, production, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of content and successful execution of digital product strategies outside the US.
What you will be doing
- Support regional publishing programs across EMEA and APAC by tracking content development progress and following up with authors
- Assist in digital content management and product development, including content commissioning responsibilities in select regions
- Coordinate with editorial teams to manage agreements, contracts, and invoice processing across regions (EMEA, APAC, India, LATAM)
- Liaise with Production and Digital Production teams to monitor the status of content for digital platforms
- Track regional publishing plans and plant budgets, and provide content status updates to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Ensure accessibility and accuracy of global product information for cross-functional teams
- Contribute ideas to improve editorial workflows and operational processes
We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in professional or academic publishing, or working within a university environment
- Experience in digital product development
- Strong collaboration skills with editorial, sales, and marketing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English (C2/C1/B2 level if not a native speaker)
Preferred
- Proficiency in an additional language (C2/C1/B2 level)
- Experience working with Oracle systems
- Ability to travel and engage with stakeholders and authors
- Familiarity with product information management tools and strategies
