Working closely with the owners and the creative lead/manufacturer, you'll help bring new products to life, support day-to-day operations, and ensure the Sage & Bull brand continues to deliver an exceptional experience from production to customer.

What You'll Do
This role combines several areas of responsibility, including
- Brand Ambassador
- Become a knowledgeable ambassador for the Sage & Bull brand, products, and values.
- Represent the brand professionally with customers, retailers, vendors, and community partners.
- Help maintain a consistent brand experience across products, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Support local events, markets, and community initiatives.
- Operations & Inventory
- Coordinate inventory for raw materials, packaging, labels, and finished products.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Maintain organized inventory records and purchasing documentation.
- Coordinate product distribution and inventory movement.
- Product Development & Growth
- Support new product launches from concept through production.
- Assist with production planning and scaling while maintaining the handcrafted quality of the brand.
- Help document and improve operational processes as the business grows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Marketing & Business Development
- Support social media, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate marketing materials, photography, packaging, and label updates.
- Assist with retail and wholesale growth initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support future product development.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- A Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping grow a small business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
- A creative, solutions-focused approach balanced with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software and systems.
- An interest in natural health, wellness, skincare, or locally made products.
The following would be considered assets
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, vendor coordination, or small business operations.
- Marketing, social media, branding, or product launch experience.
