Join McGoff Group Projects as a Project Development Manager Location: Altrincham Head Office About McGoff Group Projects We are a busy and expanding property development group that sits within a wider trading group focused around construction, services and asset management. We are looking for a Project Development Manager who will take a lead role during the construction phases of MGP’s care and residential developments, ensuring projects are fully de-risked prior to start on site and delivered efficiently through to completion. The Role The role acts as the key interface between development, finance, and construction teams—ensuring all technical, legal, and commercial elements are coordinated before and during delivery on live sites. Key responsibilities include: PCSA Phase Develop the brief and deliverables for the PCSA period, ensuring a smooth transition from developer contractual obligations to construction Care / BTR / Nursery Regular liaison with finance team regarding programme and milestones. Liaise with marketing department over site specific opportunities Act as a key point of contact for client-side queries and external stakeholders.
