Hours: 46pw looking for x2 7am – 7pm (Days) and x2 7pm – 7am (Nights) 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off (2 hours unpaid break).

Job Description:

As the first point of contact for Residents, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping their experience. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a calm and organized approach, and a genuine passion for helping people. You’d need a sharp eye for detail, proactively reporting maintenance needs and maintaining site safety.

Your duties will include:

  • Being the go-to Person: Meet and greet anyone coming through the door in a warm and professional manner. Whether it be a question about our amenities or a maintenance request, you’ll be available to assist. Coordinate the move-in process, including building directions, apartment inductions, appliance demonstrations, and knowledgeable on the Resident perks.
  • Keeping the building running smoothly: You’ll carry out regular checks of the building, fixing any small issues or cleaning emergencies you spot along the way. Oversee presentation and operational readiness of the reception, gym, resident lounge and garden areas. You’ll manage visitors and contractors, oversee CCTV and patrol the site to help keep our community secure.
  • Administration and Communication: Supporting resident events and creating a real sense of community. Keeping things organised with parcel management, emails and in-app messages. Day-to-day office management, restocking supplies and print services.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in a property or hospitality environment.
  • A proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude.
  • A people’s person, who thrives on human interaction.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional support and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Quick to learn new software and vital skills.
