Job Description: We are seeking a creative and self-driven social media manager to take the lead on the various social platforms utilised across the Group. The role will heavily involve content creation along with social platform management, so we are looking for someone with a creative flair and keen eye for detail. Your duties will include the following:

  • Preparing, planning and scheduling daily content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, across multiple businesses.
  • Work with our in-house team and creative agencies to develop and post on-brand, engaging content.
  • Monitor trends and respond to timely events to keep content fresh and reactive.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages and queries.
  • Assist with creative briefs and content planning for paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our paid advertising partners to optimise ad performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a social media or content marketing role.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the key social platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Highly organised, proactive with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident in creating content in Canva or similar software.
  • Passionate about developing a thorough knowledge of the Group & building key relationships with all stakeholders.
