What You'll Do

  • Source, negotiate, and procure materials, plant, and services for multiple construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with site teams to forecast material needs and avoid costly delays.
  • Monitor market trends, lead times, and supply chain risks to make proactive purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure all procurement complies with company policies, sustainability goals, and health & safety standards.
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance records with accuracy and attention to detail.
