Audit Accounts Director / Audit Accounts Partner Designate (with RI status) McGinnis Loy Associates is proud to be working with a fast growing Regional Accountancy Firm with 12 partners and 80+ staff who are looking for an Audit Accounts Director / Partner Designate (ideally with RI status) to join their growing LONDON team. Reporting to the Senior Partners, it will be a salaried role profit share initially, with a view to becoming an equity partner in the future. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of OMBs/SMEs including Limited Companies, PE-backed firms and Partnerships (typically up to £150m turnover) and managing a team of Qualified General Practice staff. Key deliverables for the position include: Reviewing complex client accounts financial statements prepared by Qualified staff for client sign-off Ensuring all Audit Account assignments comply with UK Accounting Standards and internal policies procedures Managing complex audits, staff planning, presenting final audit files/close-out meetings with clients at 'C’ suite level Planning special project assignments, ownership of agreed budgets and ensuring the teams meet client deadlines.
