We are seeking reliable and motivated Traffic Management Operatives to join our team working on the prestigious HS2 Project in Kenilworth. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, contributing to the safe and efficient management of traffic flows within a major construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic management systems.
- Setting out and collecting traffic signs, cones, barriers, and other equipment.
- Conducting daily safety checks and ensuring compliance with site requirements.
- Supporting road closures, lane closures, and traffic diversions as instructed.
- Working closely with site supervisors, engineers, and construction teams.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Completing relevant documentation and reporting any incidents or defects.
Requirements
- Valid Traffic Management qualification (12AB, T1/T2, M1/M2 or equivalent preferred).
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Previous experience in traffic management, highways, or construction environments.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Desirable
- Lantra Traffic Management certification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience working on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- HGV licence advantageous but not essential.
