Traffic Marshall / Banksman – Solar Farm | Sittingbourne | £17/hr (CIS)

MCG Construction is looking for a reliable Traffic Marshall / Banksman to join a solar farm project in Sittingbourne.You will manage vehicle movements on site, direct deliveries safely, and assist with lifting operations to ensure smooth and safe site operations.You will work closely with the Site Management Team and subcontractors to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall / Banksman card, and be available to work in the Sittingbourne area.This role is paid £17 per hour under CIS, running Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, with a start date in October 2025.
