Our client, a leading Groundworks & RC Frame Sub-Contractor specialising in works throughout the South-East across Residential & Commercial Sectors, is currently recruiting for a Groundworks Foreman to start immediately on a New Build Residential Development in Henley-on-Thames.
Working on site as a Groundworks Foreman, you will be responsible for the management of all trades on site, ensuring that works are carried out and delivered in a safe manner and in line with H&S protocols, as well as ensuring that the site is maintaining progress in line with the programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the workload of operatives on site
- Delegating responsibilities as required
You must hold, as a minimum, a CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SSSTS/SMSTS.
If you are an experienced Groundworks Foreman, are able to travel/reside close to Henley, and can start immediately, then we would love to hear from you straight away!
