Plant Operator – Roller Driver (ROL0826) Birmingham, England
Salary: GBP19.44 - GBP19.44 per hour
MSS Infrastructure are recruiting 5 experienced Roller Drivers for a long-term infrastructure project working across sites between Kingsbury and Leamington Spa.
Location: Route Wide (Kingsbury to Leamington Spa) – Must be local to the area (Water Orton B46 and surrounding areas)
Pay: £19.44 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Duration: Ongoing until January 2027
Responsibilities:
- Operating ride-on rollers safely and efficiently.
- Compacting materials to specification.
- Carrying out daily plant checks.
- Working closely with site teams to complete work safely and on schedule.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Blue CPCS Roller ticket or NPORS with CSCS logo.
- Previous Roller Driver experience on construction or civil engineering projects.
- Must be local – no lodge or digs available.
- Safety Critical Medical preferred.
- BIO Site Card preferred.
- Reliable transport due to working across multiple sites.
