We are looking for a Senior Foreman based in Manchester on a contract basis for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating leader, responsible for managing multiple foremen
- Enforcing standards and supporting delivery of the wider programme
- Overseeing all on-site operations
- Leading multiple trade teams
- Ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Acting as a key liaison between site management and the workforce
- Resource allocation, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination
Ideal skills and qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction Site Supervision / Construction Operations Supervision
- CSCS Gold Supervisory Card (Foreman/Supervisor category)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Site Supervisor or Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Health & Safety Awareness Training
- Manual Handling Training
