We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Plant and Vehicle Marshal (Traffic Marshal) to join our team on the HS2 high-speed rail project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing the movement of vehicles and plant machinery on site.
  • Ensuring safe access and egress for all site traffic.
  • Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers, and plant operators.
  • Supporting the logistics and site management team as required.
  • Maintaining safety zones and ensuring pedestrian and traffic segregation.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS A73 (Blue Card) - Plant and Vehicle Marshal
  • Previous experience working on a busy construction or engineering project.
  • Strong understanding of site safety practices and traffic management.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence - site is not easily accessible by public transport.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Additional tickets or certifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, Banksman)
  • Knowledge of HS2 project standards and procedures

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on site demands.
