We are currently seeking experienced Ground Workers to join our team on a site based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity offering immediate starts, a competitive hourly rate of £18.05, and the potential for long-term work for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general groundworks including excavation, drainage, concreting, and kerbing
  • Site preparation and reinstatement work
  • Assisting with pipe laying and trench work
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site
  • Working effectively as part of a team under the direction of the site supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Blue CSCS Card (Skilled Worker) – Mandatory
  • Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
  • Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
