Join one of the UK's most transformative infrastructure projects! We're seeking experienced Multiskilled Operatives to work on the High Speed 2 (HS2) engineering project, supporting a range of civil engineering and construction activities. You'll play a critical role in the safe and efficient delivery of works across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of general construction, groundwork, and site maintenance tasks.
- Operate tools, small plant, and machinery (e.g., dumpers, rollers, breakers).
- Assist tradespeople and engineers with installation and assembly work.
- Support utility diversions, drainage works, concrete pours, and general civils.
- Adhere to site safety protocols and ensure a clean, organised work area.
Essential Requirements
- Valid Skilled worker Blue CSCS card.
- Proven experience on large civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- CPCS / NPORS tickets for plant (advantageous).
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
Desirable Qualifications
- CAT & Genny, Manual Handling, Confined Spaces, or First Aid.
- Previous experience working on major projects like HS2, Crossrail, or similar.
