We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to support a major infrastructure programme in maintaining cost and schedule risk models and providing high-quality risk analysis. You will work within a collaborative risk team of 7-8 specialists and support programme managers in understanding and mitigating top risks. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience delivering Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) using @Risk and Safran software.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver Cost and Schedule QRA using @Risk and Safran.
- Maintain accurate risk registers, ensuring that outcomes from workshops and interviews are fully captured.
- Keep risks up to date, identify aggregated risks, and elevate where necessary.
- Work with managers to identify, assess, manage, review, monitor, report, and communicate key risks affecting business objectives.
- Analyse risk data to produce reports and briefings that support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and ensure that risks are effectively translated throughout the business.
Candidate Requirements / Preferences
- Familiarity with @Risk software.
- Experience using Safran software.
- Proven ability to produce reports to high quality and on time.
- Capability to run complex risk analyses.
- Rail experience would be preferable but not essential.
This role involves maintaining risk models for costs and schedules. You will support the programme in understanding top risks and work closely with the Risk Manager on programme-wide risk activities.
