You will be based in Watford recruiting site-based, technical roles across tier 1 contractors and our public sector clients such as Network Rail and Transport for London.

About our company:

MSS Infrastructure is one of the UK's largest specialist, privately owned recruitment businesses providing the Infrastructure sector of the Construction and Rail industry with permanent, contract, and temporary staff at all levels and skills. We have been consulting and recruiting for five decades and are presently working on the biggest national infrastructure projects in Europe. In contrast to some sectors, infrastructure remains extremely busy, with candidate skills shortage and consistent demand for our services.

About the Recruitment Consultant role:

You will be the key point of contact for clients and candidates for MSS Infrastructure, with a responsibility to contribute to the team in the retention and growth of our contingent workforce throughout the UK. You will develop your network and contacts to identify and maximise opportunities for temporary and permanent recruitment supply. Supported by our resourcing team, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding service is provided to your designated customers throughout the UK. Identifying requirements, taking briefs for them, sourcing and fully briefing candidates regarding vacancies and roles. You will shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies, managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate, and internal teams. Ensuring your workforce are fully compliant, performing their duties effectively in post and resolving any issues that arise day to day.

What happens next:

If you are a driven and self-sufficient Recruitment Consultant, ideally with experience in one of our specialist markets, then we can’t wait to meet you. Please apply now!

We have a fair and comprehensive selection procedure. We regret that if you have not been contacted within five working days that your application for this position has been unsuccessful. However, please check your junk email folder to ensure that an email from us hasn’t been blocked by your spam filter. We receive many CVs and are unable to enter into telephone conversations until we have completed our initial selection procedure.
