Recruitment Consultant - Rail / Civils / Infrastructure in Stevenage

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant working within civils, rail or wider infrastructure recruitment to join our team of top-performing recruiters. You will be based in Watford recruiting site based, technical roles across tier 1 contractors and our public sector clients such as Network Rail and Transport for London.

About the Recruitment Consultant role:

• You will be the key point of contact for clients and candidates for MSS Infrastructure, with a responsibility to contribute to the team in the retention and growth of our contingent workforce throughout the UK.
• You will develop your network and contacts to identify and maximise opportunities for temporary and permanent recruitment supply.
• Supported by our resourcing team, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding service is provided to your designated customers throughout the UK.
• Identifying requirements, taking briefs for them, sourcing and fully briefing candidates regarding vacancies and roles.
• You will shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies, managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate, and internal teams.
• Ensuring your workforce are fully compliant, performing their duties effectively in post and resolving any issues that arise day to day.
