to lead our Central Resourcing Team at our Watford Head Office, supporting a £100m turnover recruitment business specialising in the rail and construction infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering workforce solutions across some of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. You'll balance immediate staffing requirements with longer- term workforce planning, ensuring we maintain a sustainable pipeline of skilled workers to support business growth and client demand.
What you'll do
Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Resourcers, providing direction, support and performance management. Prioritise team activity to ensure urgent requirements are delivered while maintaining future workforce pipelines.
