The Role
Working within a small and agile marketing team, we’re looking for a self-starter who can take the lead on all things content. One day you could be designing bid layouts and the next creating external campaigns or keeping our team informed through our internal communications hub. If you’re a marketing all-rounder with a flair for design – this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the pre-construction team to create winning tender submissions.
- Provide graphic-heavy support for internal and external communication including bids and tenders, internal digital and print collateral.
- Create and deliver digital designs for all internal and external initiatives, from campaigns to case studies.
- Conceptualise digital content creation, focusing on tenders but with the ability to get creative with company initiatives, case studies, awards submissions, website and intranet content and social media activities.
- Assist with proofreading bid documents and external materials.
- Be the brand champion – manage brand visuals and support brand messaging on all communication channels.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience working in a similar Design and Content focused role.
- Ability to manage internal communication channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage).
- Exceptional people skills – we want someone who can be the conduit between marketing and our site teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a critical eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and as a team member.
- Ability to prioritise workloads with multiple ongoing projects.
