Based at our Head Office in Southbank, next to Blackfriars Bridge, this role is central to the smooth running of our office environment.

  • Reception & Switchboard
  • Manage the switchboard in a polite and professional manner
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organised
  • Meeting Rooms & Office Support
    • Book and set up meeting rooms (refreshments, basic AV setup, room layout)
    • Help with filing, scanning, and basic data entry
    • Order and restock office supplies when needed
    • Support the team with general admin tasks

    This role would be Monday to Friday in our Head Office – SE1 9PG. Office Hours are 8am to 5pm.

    Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Confident communicating in person and over the phone.
