Conveyancing Solicitors (3+Years PQE)
Role: Managing your own caseload, working in collaboration with colleagues undertaking quality residential and some commercial conveyancing, landlord and tenant work, and rural land matters. Possibly also with some private client work.
Responsibilities
- Meeting clients and taking instructions and advising
- Providing clear advice
- Managing matters through to completion
- Preparing and reviewing documents
- Keeping clients informed
- Good file management
- Resolving enquiries
- Complying with regulatory standards
- Supporting business development
You
- We require Solicitors who have experience (ideally 3 years PQE) in the relevant disciplines who can manage their caseloads with minimal supervision.
- Have good communication skills
- Who are proactive and commercially aware
- Can work as part of a wider team
- Take and active part in business development

Who are we and where are we at
We are traditional high street practice operating in market towns along the Pennine ridge in South West County Durham, Cumbria and North Yorkshire. We don’t need to blow our own trumpet except to say that we have good loyal client base who provide us with excellent work. We are friendly and approachable.
Outside of the office, there are wonderful market towns, hills and lakes within a short drive, if not actually a very short walk. (Durham, Newcastle, York and Leeds are not far away)
There are excellent sports facilities and fantastic state and public schools.
