Fabricator Salary: From £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am 5:30pm Overtime available on Fridays: 7:00am 3:30pm (paid at time and a half) We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our growing team. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years fabrication experience and be able to work to a high standard within a busy manufacturing environment. Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications to manufacture steel components accurately. Work closely with welders, designers, and production personnel to achieve efficient manufacturing and assembly. Assemble and fabricate steel structures, frames, platforms, handrails, brackets, and bespoke fabrications to customer specifications. Carry out fitting, alignment, and tack welding to ensure components are correctly positioned prior to final welding. Identify and report drawing discrepancies, material defects, or production issues, and assist in implementing practical solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity throughout the fabrication process.
