We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Expert to design, lead, and implement integrated communications strategies that advance policy objectives, strengthen international partnerships, and enhance reputation on the global stage. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic communications, combined with proven experience in foreign affairs, diplomacy, or international relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support international engagements, policy priorities, and high-level initiatives.
- Advise senior leadership on messaging, media positioning, and narrative development for diverse global audiences.
- Manage proactive and reactive communications during international events, negotiations, and potential crises.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic communications, with at least 5 years in a foreign affairs, diplomacy, or international organization environment.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver messaging for senior government officials and international stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of global geopolitics, policy issues, and international relations.
- Experience in crisis communication and media relations at the international level.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and public speaking skills in English (other languages are an asset).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage sensitive information, and operate in complex cross-cultural environments.
