Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships across pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare services accounts.
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that span media relations, reputation, corporate positioning, policy engagement, and patient advocacy.
- Provide senior counsel to C-suite executives on issues, market access, and reputational challenges.
- Manage a team of consultants, fostering professional development and best-in-class client delivery.
- Drive business growth through new business development, proposal leadership, and strengthening relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery.

Qualifications:
- 13-15+ years of experience in healthcare communications, corporate affairs, or related fields. Ideally in global settings and across different markets.
- Prior consultancy/agency experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of the global healthcare sector, including regulatory and policy dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead complex accounts and provide counsel at senior levels.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and media engagement skills.
- Track record of team leadership and business development.
- Mature, driven and can mentor the team to success.
