Managing Director or Senior Managing Director Financial Communications, Investor Relations, Government and Corporate Communications Dubai and Riyadh - Consultancy Role
Purpose
Lead financial and corporate communications mandates across the Gulf. Advise on transactions, capital markets activity, IR strategy, and government or corporate communications. Drive revenue, run major accounts, and build teams that can operate at a high technical level from day one.
Core requirements
- Heavy financial communications background with direct exposure to IR, capital markets, M&A, restructurings, and deals.
- Ability to pass a technical finance and maths assessment.
- Proven BD record, pitch leadership, and sustained commercial delivery.
- Strong agency experience at MD or SMD level.
- Regional Gulf experience is preferred, but UK-based candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate immediate market relevance and no learning curve.
- Candidates for Riyadh roles must show an understanding of the Saudi market and be capable of operating at pace with senior government and corporate stakeholders.
Responsibilities
